Re-appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Fund Management Company Ltd. (DFVN) discloses that Mr. Tran Chau Danh is re-appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of DFVN in accordance with the Resolution of the Member’s Council No. MC2026-03 approved on 15^th June 2026. The re-appointment will take effect from 16^th June 2026.
